5. Children’s privacy
Our practice papers are designed to help children prepare for 11+ and entrance examinations, but our Site, accounts and purchases are intended to be used and managed by adults — parents, guardians or tutors — who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where a child uses materials purchased through our Site, this should take place under the supervision of the responsible adult who holds the account. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us at info@examtutor.co.uk and we will take steps to delete it.

Everyone who handles your personal information on our behalf is required to keep it secure and use it only for the purposes we specify.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers may store or process personal information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your information stays protected to UK standards — for example by relying on countries the UK considers to provide adequate protection, or by putting in place approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy. When we no longer need your information we securely delete or anonymise it.
