Can you send physical copies of Practice Tests?
Reset Dashboard Password
You can reset your password within the dashboard under ‘Account details’ section. If you cannot remember your password you can click the ‘Lost your password’ link on the login screen and enter your ‘Username’ or ‘Email address’ into the box and click reset. An email will automatically be sent to your inbox to reset your password. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you don’t see the email in your main inbox.
How do I print the papers?
In most cases you can print the Practice Papers directly after opening the download link in your browser. If you have any issues with this, simply save the file on your computer and then open it with a standard PDF reader like Adobe Reader or Preview for Mac. You should then be able to print the pdf files without issue.
How do I watch the video solutions?
In your dashboard, click on ‘Video Solutions’ and click on the ‘watch now’ button for the test you want to watch the video solutions for. To select a particular video click on ‘select a different video’ box and scroll to the video you want to watch and click on it. Our video player was designed so that a child can easily use it.
What's the difference between Pack 1, Pack 2 and 3 and Multi Packs.
Practice Test Pack 1, 2 & 3 contain 4 unique tests, every question in our Practice Test packs comes with video explanations for every question. The Multi Pack product is all these packs combined at a discounted price.
Do you offer refunds?
Our products are digital and can therefore cannot be returned and refunded once they have been accessed as there is no way to return them.
