At Exam Tutor we try to make the purchasing, watching and downloading our content as easy as possible. Below is some of the most common questions we are aske along with a video explainer of the purchasing process.

How will I receive my order and how long will it take?
Our ordering service is fully automated. Once you have made an order, you will receive an email immediately to your inbox. Click on the link within the email ‘click here to set your new password’. Once you have set your password you will have access to your Dashboard. If you already have an account with us, you will be able to log into the dashboard to view your purchased products.
If its your first time ordering, we will send you your login credentials via email. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you cannot see the email in your main inbox. You need to set your password before you login dashboard.
All PDF files are password protected with your email address, ensure you type in your email address all in lower case to open the PDF files.
Download links and access to tutorial videos for your purchased products will expire after 12 months. Subscription does not automatically renew so if you want to resubscribe at a discount, check your email just before your subscription expires for an email from us.
The papers can be downloaded through your dashboard immediately after purchasing, so you can print and use them straight away. We dont offer the option of shipping out products.

You can reset your password within the dashboard under ‘Account details’ section. If you cannot remember your password you can click the ‘Lost your password’ link on the login screen and enter your ‘Username’ or ‘Email address’ into the box and click reset. An email will automatically be sent to your inbox to reset your password. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you don’t see the email in your main inbox.

In most cases you can print the Practice Papers directly after opening the download link in your browser. If you have any issues with this, simply save the file on your computer and then open it with a standard PDF reader like Adobe Reader or Preview for Mac. You should then be able to print the pdf files without issue.

In your dashboard, click on ‘Video Solutions’ and click on the ‘watch now’ button for the test you want to watch the video solutions for. To select a particular video click on ‘select a different video’ box and scroll to the video you want to watch and click on it. Our video player was designed so that a child can easily use it.

Practice Test Pack 1, 2 & 3 contain 4 unique tests, every question in our Practice Test packs comes with video explanations for every question. The Multi Pack product is all these packs combined at a discounted price.

Our products are digital and can therefore cannot be returned and refunded once they have been accessed as there is no way to return them.
